Capo offers a modern Italian style cuisine with an elegant dining room touting high-beamed ceilings. Prosciutto di Parma, scallops with white corn polenta, and Capo foie gras are among the appetisers. "Steaks and fish are cooked over almond wood on the open hearth, creating a heavenly scent that lingers in the dining room long after the fires are banked." Both regular and vegetarian tasting menus are available. The wine list numbers 900 bottles and counting. The dining room holds only 16 tables.- March 2005
