it could have been so nice....

this restaurant is located in the Los Angeles station, a unique place with an nostalgic feeling in terms of interior.

Traxx has a nice menu, nothing incredibly fancy although the white table cloth setting may assume this.

But... the service.

Or should I say: lack of service...

My last time was in January 2007.

Went there for lunch....

As I mentioned before.. it could have been so nice...

The host was plain rude and simply ignored us when we asked to order.. the waiter was not to be seen...

Finally a waiter arrived and took our order without any interest.. isn't that what these people get paid for ? To at least be polite to their customers....

It's a shame.. because the location is nice and the food is decent.

Value for money ?

I am not sure... I'd rather eat in a diner where I have a hamburger and get treated decently than going back to Traxx where I feel I am bothering the staff...

It could have been so nice...
