Zita Trattoria & Bar

I have never left a restaurant after siting down without eating until now. We were informed that the restaurant was short on menus, but would be brought over when it was available. After 15 min, we had to ask for water. 30 min later, we noticed another party was seated and given menus. My husband asked the hostess why we were not given menus, but a party seated after us was given one. The hostess than went to the bar and produced a menu. We ordered. Another 30 min later, food had not come. A party who sat down at the same time as us finished eating. We waited. A party who ordered 1 hour after us received their food. We were so upset. We walked out. No one from the establishment offered any apology at any time. We have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and this is by far the worst.
